An Architectural Control Committee (ACC) operates in accordance with the Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions of the Reflection Pointe Homeowners Association. This committee has the responsibility of approving and overseeing the construction of and modifications to all homes in the neighborhood. This committee is comprised of volunteer homeowners living in Reflection Pointe, is chaired by one of the homeowners, and is augmented with the professional services of a registered architect who is also a property owner in Reflection Pointe. A listing of the ACC committee members and their contact information can be found on the Property Owners Only/Owner Only page. If you are interested in serving on the ACC please contact Trey Helms at thelms@brownandglenn.com
The Reflection Pointe Architectural Guideline (Guidelines) provide an overall an overall framework and comprehesinve set of standards and procedures for the development of the community in an orderly and cohesive manner. These Guidelines have been developed to provide direction for the planning, design, construction, landscaping and modifications of all residences, buildings, structures and improvements in the Reflection Pointe community.
The Guidelines have been revised several times by the ACC since it was originally issued by the community developer. These revisions have delted, added or clarified requirements in an attempt to make the Guidelines easier to read and follow. A link to the most current Guidelines dated January 1, 2010 is located at the bottom of this page.
One significant change is the provision, though not mandatory, for property owners to meet with the members of the ACC to review their proposed home plans. This no-fee meeting occcurs before the official submission of plans and will allow the ACC to make recommendations to the property owner that may result in a smoother building process.
Reflection Pointe is so concerned about the quality of the homes in our neighborhood, that the ACC has a list of “Featured Builders.” These builders are some of the best in our area and fully understand the vision of Reflection Pointe. A link to the Featured Builders list is located at the bottom of this page.
