The Board of Directors
The Reflection Pointe Homeowner’s Association, Inc.(HOA) is a non-profit corporation and is duly registered with the Secretary of State of North Carolina. The Board of Directors consists of five Reflection Pointe property owners who are elected at the Annual Meeting. A listing of the Board of Directors and their contact information can be found on the Property Owners Only/Owner Information page. The Board meets monthly at the Reflection Pointe Clubhouse. The actual meeting date is shown on the community calendar on the "owner information" page. Any owner who wishes to address the Board is encouraged to contact Property Matters to be scheduled on the agenda.
Reflection Pointe HOA Annual Meeting is held in December of each year. Notices of the meeting will be mailed to all property owners.
The Board of Directors has hired Property Matters Realty, LLC to handle the day-to-day management of the Association and is responsible for the financial reporting and vendor oversight.

The Reflection Pointe Homeowners Association is governed by Conditions, Covenants, and Restrictions and Bylaws that have been recorded at the Gaston County Courthouse. A link to both the CCR’s and Bylaws is located at the bottom of this page.
