The Board of Directors
The Reflection Pointe Homeowner’s Association, Inc.(HOA) is a non-profit corporation and is duly registered with the Secretary of State of North Carolina. The Board of Directors consists of five Reflection Pointe property owners who are elected at the Annual Meeting. The Board meets on the third Thursday of each month at the Reflection Pointe Clubhouse. Because of the confidential nature of some of the topics of discussions, the meeting is not open to the membership. If you would like to meet with the Board to discuss a topic of concern to you, please contact Trey Helms at thelms@brownandglenn.com. Arrangements will be made for you to meet with the Board before the regularly scheduled meeting.
The Reflection Pointe HOA Annual Meeting is held in November of each year. Notices of the meeting will be mailed to all property owners.
Association Management
The Board of Directors has hired Brown & Glenn Realty Company of Gastonia, Inc. to handle the day-to-day management of the Association. Brown & Glenn is responsible for the financial reporting and vendor oversight.
